Leader Standard Work
The main objective of this project is the digital transformation of the operating environment on the production floor, replacing physical blackboards with a visual system on screens that displays in real time key indicators such as First Pass Yield, IDR, OEE, Scrap and Output Report, in addition to allowing the digital management of the 5S report.
